          "An Act relating to a paraprofessional training                                                                       
          program; creating a teacher resident certificate;                                                                     
          creating a teacher residency program; relating to                                                                     
          requirements to issue a teacher certificate; relating to

          relating to limited teacher certificates; creating a                                                                  
          teacher registered apprenticeship program; and
